About Mirror of Hope
Mirror of Hope is a community-based organization We focus on offering care & support to vulnerable women & children in the Kibera slum in Nairobi, Kenya.
Under the motto “Founded in Hope, Rooted in Love,” we aim to restore hope to the families with the greatest need — people who otherwise would have nothing to look forw
ard to in life.
In order to help these vulnerable children build a life for themselves, we provide them with support to continue their education and teach them other life skills. Without support, these vulnerable children would be left to roam the streets begging for food and with the real possibility of turning to drugs. Instead, we give them the care and attention necessary for their healthy growth of their bodies & minds.
We strive to help children & vulnerable women:
